Change can sometimes be a challenge, Tulani Thomas, is demonstrating that it can also be an opportunity, as she continues to set an example for positive change personally, professionally and in the wider world. As a former CPA for three years at Ernst & Young LLP and corporate attorney with Clifford Chance, Tulani decided to change her path and follow her passion to influence change among the younger generation. Tulani founded a publishing company, TuTu's Green World LLC, whose mission is to influence the next generation to live eco-friendly. Tulani was inspired to start the publishing company, because as a mom, she realized how integral it was to start children early with emphasizing the importance of preserving resources. She has found ways to incorporate those lessons into her children’s daily routines in fun and interesting ways and hopes her publishing company will inspire other parents to do the same. The company promotes green living through their website, www.tutusgreenworld.com, monthly e-newsletter and a children's book series. The first book is entitled, TuTu Goes Green and was released in October 2011. It is available in hardcover and as an e-book through Amazon.com. The next book will be available at the end of 2022.
