Passing As Straight

Audra Russell chats with three of the co-authors of Passing As Straight: Amanda, NikoJoe, and Sarina.

Sarina Mack hails from East New York, Brooklyn, the only child of a strict correctional officer. She holds her masters in Education and LMSW and is a mental health clinician. The mother of 3 young kings, she takes pride in raising them to be productive men.

NikoJoe is a native of Opa-locka Florida, and currently resides in Atlanta. She is a mother of three and the proud owner of My Organic Skyn Soap, which launches May 24th. Her projects include the "Art of master Me" manifestation book and relaunching her thrift boutique, Vintage Missfit.

Amanda Ri'Chard is a Michigan native who moved to Washington, D.C. in 2012 to begin her career in public health and emergency management. One of her greatest aspirations is to write books focused on various public health topics for children and adults to better understand public health issues and crises. She is a mother and has raised her 5-year-old son to follow Christ and always accept and love others regardless of their ethnicity, religion, or who they choose to love.
